St Paul Parish. Omor was created on 30th August, 2009 by His Grace, Most Rev. Valerian Maduka Okeke, with Fr. Vincent Obidimu as its first parish priest. Fr. Vincent Obidimu parked in officially on Saturday, 19th September 2009. Since the parish had no structure to shelter him but had the land, he parked in to Dr. Peter A. Obuasi’s old house.
